Overview
After the Northstar exploration phase, Digitas was invited to develop a fresh app experience for the RaceTrac app, with a primary focus on enhancing the loyalty program. Utilizing established design components like illustrations and color palettes, we successfully crafted a revamped appearance for the app that retained the essence of RaceTrac while introducing a new look and feel. The app redesign will make it easier to navigate, look better, and be more user-friendly.
Additionally, we provided an extensive design system and guidebook to offer a comprehensive foundation for future development.
The previous version of the RaceTrac app was outdated, leading to user confusion regarding the loyalty program. Additionally, the outdated UI created an unnecessarily complex user experience.

We devoted considerable attention to the specifics of each UI element, meticulously refining button styles, selecting harmonious color palettes, crafting distinctive icons, and prioritizing accessible design features.
While meticulously crafting every design sprint, we customized individual user stories to cater to various user types. Furthermore, we developed diverse user flows that align closely with each scenario presented in the stories.
We dedicate a significant amount of time and resources to tailor each loyalty program experience according to the different user types. This includes determining ways to accumulate points, curating specific messaging that users should expect to receive, and much more.
The client's meticulously crafted design system has been completed and has garnered a favorable reception, with users providing positive feedback on its implementation.
